Working alongside the national Women’s Budget Groups, I developed a complementary brand that would enable Wales Women’s Budget Group to stand alone in the confidence of a bold and recognisable brand whilst being sympathetic to other partners in the regional Budget Groups.

I developed brand guidelines for the client, including type faces, shapes, icons, a colour palette, suitable stock image catalogue and a range of document layouts and templates for the Group to take forward with their growth. Provided in English & Welsh.

Wales Women’s Budget Group

It was important for the brand to represent women. We used the triangle which is synonymous with feminine energy, whilst also evoking strength.

The colour palette was inspired by the landscapes and heritage of Wales. We also wanted to represent the diversity of the members of the Group and Wales itself, and the unity of the Group, with the triangles interlocking as a representation of strength and alliance.

A selection of social media assets for presenting statistics and making announcements.

I prepared a resource for the client and also provided a template in a format that client could use going forwards.

A range of relevant icons were created for the client to use in social media, presentations, reports etc.
